Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you'll likely make, so it’s important you have confidence in your real estate agent. I’ve been a residential real estate agent since 2006. Prior to that I began my professional career as a Financial Analyst for an international firm and then as an asset/investment manager for a commercial real estate development company. In addition. I’ve bought, sold, managed, and renovated several residential investment properties of my own.

I’m a GREEN Designated Realtor committed to environmental stewardship. Recognizing emissions from buildings are one of the major contributors to climate change, I co-founded the Green Realtor Alliance of Sarasota to promote awareness and actionable solutions. I was also Certified by the Florida Green Building Coalition, to verify the energy efficiency and sustainability of homes. Most recently, I worked with clients interested in sustainable living as a sales agent for Array, North Carolina’s first Net-Zero-Energy community.

I serve on the Orange County Affordable Housing Advisory Board, I deliver meals for Meals on Wheels of Orange County, and I’m a member of Public Schools Strong.

Between being out of state buyers, and not all to familiar with the area, we really needed a realtor we could rely on and trust to guide us with her expertise that would help us with making this significant decision. Lynn listened to what we were wanting and we have many demands on location and characteristics of the home and neighborhood. We also have little kids so we had high priority about that too. I ahad specific's upon specifics! I may have been the most needy client ever, but talking with Lynn, we never felt that way. She truly was invested and gave us sound ideas and advice. Lynn is organized and paid attention to details. She is keen and is a wealth of knowledge.
