Professional Experience – the decision to buy or sell a home is one of the biggest investment choices you'll likely make, so it’s important you have complete confidence in your real estate agent. I began my professional career as a Financial Analyst at an international consulting firm and then later worked for a full service commercial real estate development company as Asset Portfolio Manager. In addition, I’ve owned, renovated and managed several residential investment properties.
Sustainability – I’m a GREEN Designated Realtor. Let’s face it, “It’s not nice to fool with Mother Nature.” Stewardship of our environment has long been a top priority of mine. When I learned that buildings are one of the main contributors to GHG emissions; I co-founded the Green Realtor Alliance of Sarasota to educated on the threats of climate change and provide actionable steps we can all take to reduce our impact. I got my FGBC Agent Certification and was hired to verify on a multipoint system the energy efficiency and sustainability of existing homes seeking the FGBC Certification. Most recently, I’ve worked with clients seeking the NextGen in sustainable living by becoming a sales agent for Array, NC's first Net-Zero-Energy community.
Promoting social and financial equity through affordability - I’ve seen homeownership opportunities vanish, hindering to opportunity to build wealth. As a real estate professional, I aim to correct this by leveraging my expertise in renovation and green building to help first-time buyers find, purchase, and improve homes. To better serve them, I am a Preferred Realtor with NCHFA and currently serve a second term on the Orange County Affordable Housing Advisory Board.
